Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you create an account or contact us, we collect the information you provide — your name and email address. If you take the assessment, we store your answers and your resulting personality type. Print materials and books are purchased on our partners’ sites (Blue360 Media or Amazon), and their privacy policies govern those transactions.

Payments

Assessment purchases on this site are processed by Stripe on behalf of our platform partner, Lighthouse. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by this site. If a purchase is refunded or a payment is disputed, access to the assessment attempt it paid for — and to any results from that attempt — is withdrawn.

Who can see your results

Your assessment results are shown to you, and to anyone you choose to share them with. They are also visible — including your name, email, and individual answers — to the administrators of the Law Enforcement Personality Profile for research, support, and product-improvement purposes. Your results are never sold, and never shared with your employer or any agency unless you provide them yourself.

How we use it

Account information is used solely to operate your account — registration, sign-in, and password recovery. Contact inquiries are used only to respond to you. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with outside parties for their marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in to your account. It contains no tracking information and is not shared with third parties. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but signing in will not work without them.

Security

All traffic to this site is encrypted with TLS. Account credentials are handled by our identity provider and are never stored on this site’s servers. If we become aware of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users promptly.
